Debugging Flowchart

"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime."

As a Teaching Fellow for Harvard's digital fabrication course, I am constantly being asked to debug projects. Every time, I always go through the same troubleshooting process to rule out possible errors, but I realized this process wasn't obvious to the students. I designed this chart for them to work through first, which lists common errors and their corresponding solutions. This has saved our teaching staff many hours and taught our students to become more self-sufficient in their prototyping.
